  • Diagnostic Fee (includes first 30 minutes): $99

  • Hourly Labor Charge: $99

  • Extra Mileage Fee: $2 per mile outside 30 mile radius, one-way.


  • Galaxy Home Recreation makes every attempt to provide single service call resolution, but most service calls require two trips. During the first trip, Galaxy diagnoses the issue(s). The appropriate parts will then be ordered and a second service call will be scheduled.

  • For items covered by manufacturer labor warranty, the manufacturer only covers the hourly labor charge. Trip fee is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We only provide service on products purchased from Galaxy Home Recreation EXCEPT for Billiard and Hot Tub service requests.

  • All fees are collected in advance and parts must be paid prior to ordering.

  • The initial $99 diagnostic fee will be collected at the time service is scheduled.
