LIMITED 15 YEAR WARRANTY

If your Telescope powder coat frame fails structurally during normal usage within 15 years from the date of purchase, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame without charge, parts and labor included. (In the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will replace the item with the closest comparable current model.) The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Not included in our "powder coat" warranty are table tops, umbrellas, terrace shells and market bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings and folding aluminum furniture. These products are warranted for one year to be free of manufacturing defects. Our cast iron and steel market bases, if not properly maintained, will rust if the finish is scratched through to the metal. If this occurs, it must be touched up with an acrylic based paint.

Our non-glass table tops are warranted for three years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Fading or staining of the table surface is not included under warranty. Tables must not be stored upside down.

The wicker fibers featured in our Wicker Collections are warranted by the fiber manufacturer for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to our Price Index or contact our Customer Service Department for details on this wicker fiber warranty.

The natural weathering of wood finishes, breakage of glass, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, slings and strapping or the compression of cushion fillings and the rusting of market bases are not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture that, in our opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling, or by unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. Furniture used in a commercial setting is not warranted unless it is specifically designated for commercial use as noted by a CQ (commercial quality) in our price index, in which case it is warranted for either one year or five years from the date of purchase. Furniture stored outside or in other cold storage should be drained of any water. If allowed to freeze inside the furniture, water can damage the tubing. Such damage is not covered under our product warranty.

To obtain service, contact our Customer Service Department in writing at Telescope Casual Furniture, Inc., 82 Church Street, Granville, NY 12832, stating the problem and providing proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization will be sent to you giving instructions for returning items if necessary. No returns will be accepted by our factory without prior written authorization from our Customer Service Department. After authorization is received your furniture must be returned to the factory in proper packaging, freight prepaid.

This warranty applies only to furniture manufactured by Telescope Casual Furniture, Inc., after September 1, 1986 and is limited to 15 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1 year Contract warranty

Telescope warrants that its furniture is free from manufacturing defects as of the date of purchase. This 1 year warranty applies to the furniture collections listed as in our current full line catalog. Telescope warrants its powder coat finish against peeling, cracking or blistering for 3 (three) years from date of purchase, its vinyl straps against breakage and the frames against breakage for a full 1 (one) year from date of purchase, under normal use. Repairs or replacement parts will be provided at the discretion of Telescope Casual Furniture, Inc. (In the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will repair or replace the item or parts with the closest comparable current model.) Please refer to our Price Index for information about the warranty on the wicker fiber used in our Wicker Collections.
